The Edrington Group is the UK’s leading independent scotch whisky group, with a £230m turnover and more than 900 staff.
Edrington chose SAP as its ERP solution in 1998. In 2002 the company decided to carry out a technical upgrade, in order to access the new functionality in release 4.6c.
As Edrington’s chosen partner for the project, Absoft worked closely with the company’s in-house team to scope the exercise and draft a detailed plan, and eight months after the upgrade project began the 4.6c system was in place.
