   Where are your consultants based? 

We are a UK based consultancy with all of our consultants working here in the UK and we do not offshore any part of our support services. If you are interested in services beyond our current scope, we can facilitate collaboration with consultants from our parent company, Applexus.

   Which SAP products do you support?

Our cloud-managed service is available to customers with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM, Ariba, and SuccessFactors. We support systems both on-prem and in the cloud. We also offer full Functional Support, providing support across all functional domains.

   How are my support tickets managed?

Our customers can access a fully cloud-based, secure support ticketing system to raise calls and check their progress. All call correspondence is logged in this system. The IT service delivery manager takes responsibility for managing calls and assigns them to the relevant consultant for completion.

   What happens if my system is down? 

Functional systems are a paramount concern for every business, and our primary objective is to ensure seamless operation of your SAP without any disruptions. In the event of an emergency incident, our consultants prioritise relevant tickets, aiming for minimal downtime and swift resolution

   What is your transition methodology?

We have a tried and tested transition methodology to make your move to Absoft as seamless as possible. We will carry out a comprehensive knowledge transfer with you to ensure that our consultants can hit the ground running on day 1 of your support contract, while also ensuring that all technical elements are in place. You will be assigned a dedicated transition manager who will take you through the whole process from start to finish and will communicate all progress with you.
